Built in 1939 the
Commodore Hotel in downtown Linden, Tennessee was restored in 2007 by it's new owners Michael and Kathy Dumont. Southern hospitality is their specialty with a staff of friendly folks who are sure to make everyone feel at home. 10 newly renovated guest rooms and two spacious suites are available. The Commodore Cafe is located by the main lobby and offers a great lunch menu and incredible dinner selections including their homemade ravioli with crab, shrimp, cheese and herbs. On the weekends, live music has become popular at the Commodore, with a variety of bands performing anything from classical music to pop, jazz and blues. Photos by Brian McCord for

ReplyDeleteLinden has done amazing things to make it an arts/crafts showpiece, and the meals at the Commodore top it off. Very good food, wonderful musicians. I highly recommend visiting the town.
